Wellorious sells digital educational products delivered as downloadable PDFs. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Wellorious through our Payhip checkout.
Our 14-day refund promise
If a Wellorious PDF does not meet your expectations, email admin@wellorious.com within 14 days of purchase and ask for a refund. Include the email address used at checkout and your order reference, if available. We will refund the purchase price to the original payment method once we have identified the order. You do not need to return the PDF.
Access or delivery problems
If you cannot download or open your purchase, contact us at the same address. We will help you obtain a working copy or arrange a refund. Please also contact us promptly about a duplicate charge or a purchase you do not recognise.
How refunds are processed
Wellorious handles refund requests for its products. Payhip provides the checkout and download service; payment processing and the time for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider and your bank.
Your legal rights
This voluntary 14-day promise does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law. If the law gives you a longer period or another remedy, that right still applies.
